Heather and Craig tied the knot on Friday August 26th. They met their senior year of high school and have been tied at the hip ever since. Their small intimate ceremony was held at the McCrobie building at Breitbeck Park. This was the first time I have ever seen a “technology free” wedding. It was neat to have no phones, cameras, or noises going off during the ceremony. All the guests were really able to focus on the wedding ceremony while we were able to capture all the moments for them! After a great photo shoot at Breitbeck Park we headed off to the Lodge at Welch Allyn in Skaneateles. It was a beautiful sunny day as I walked around the pond with just Heather and Craig. I always love having some quiet time with the bride and groom before the party starts. No distractions, no guests, just the bride and groom alone, as I am able to capture some intimate moments between newly married husband and wife.
This wedding will go down in history for many reason, one being the food. This was the first time I have ever seen a station wedding with Asian inspired dishes. Being 7 months pregnant, at the time, I can’t help myself but to go ga-ga over dinnertime. Heather and Craig, along with the Lodge, created an exquisite menu!
